Responsibilities and requirements

• Manage end-to-end process of fund accounting, including booking all fund transactions, position and cash reconciliations and month end valuations.
  

• Create or validate monthly NAVs and financials, annual financials and annual tax and audit support.
  

• Work directly with external auditors to ensure accuracy of each funds financial statements.
  

• Prepare and disseminate statements and reports for hedge fund investors.
  

• Assist with compliance checks and regulator reporting.
  

• Must be familiar with a mix of complex trading instruments, spot, margin, borrow / lend, derivatives, swaps, futures, options, etc.
  

• Able to assist in devising and enforcing valuation policies for assets such as over the counter options.
  

• Must be able to work in multiple currencies including crypto currencies.
  

• Familiarity or easy of adoption of traditional brokers and crypto exchanges reporting and settlement details.
  

• Bachelor's degree or similar certification in accounting with 3 - 5 years of experience with hedge funds.
